My name is Annie Nay, and I am a proud Cambodian American Realtor® serving Palm Coast and the surrounding areas. Fluent in both English and Khmer, I am passionate about helping local residents, newcomers, and out-of-state families find the perfect place to call home.
My journey has been shaped by a diverse professional background and a lifelong commitment to serving others. I earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Cerro Coso Community College in California. Throughout my career, I have worked in nursing, banking, education, accounting, and customer service, gaining valuable experience in communication, problem-solving, and client care.
Before moving to the United States, I spent five years as a nurse and another five years with ACLEDA Bank in Cambodia. After relocating to California, I worked as a teacher's assistant for seven years. Later, my family settled in beautiful Palm Coast, Florida, following my husband's retirement from the Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake.
As a wife, mother of two wonderful children, and active member of the community, I understand how important it is to find not just a house, but a place where memories are made and families thrive. I enjoy cooking, playing pickleball, fishing, and spending time with family and friends while enjoying everything Florida has to offer, from its sunshine and beaches to its vibrant lifestyle.
